ZAC PUNKS THE PAPARAZZI

When ZAC EFRON suddenly found himself surrounded by paparazzi while jogging Runyon Canyon, he pulled a clever bait-and-switch and escaped the snap-happy horde when he suddenly stopped dead in his tracks, waved at another runner just disappearing over the hilltop and yelled: “Hey, Robert… ROBERT!”

Laughing as the puzzled paparazzi looked at the disappearing figure, he said: “You guys are taking pictures of me? You just missed ROBERT PATTINSON.”

Howling like werewolves, the paparazzi pack pattered off after “Pattinson.”

When they caught up to the nonvampire and saw they’d been duped, they ran back for Zac – but he’d hopped in his car and split.
