Oscar winner Tatum O'Neal pleaded  guilty to lesser charges of disorderly conduct in connection to her crack cocaine bust last month.

Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Elisa Koenderman ordered the troubled thesp to spend time in a drug rehab treatment -- specifically two half-day sessions.

If O'Neal does as she's told, the charges will be dropped when she returns to court in September.

The Paper Moon thesp reportedly thanked arresting police officers from preventing her falling off the wagon.

 O'Neal has struggled with drug abuse for decades.
