Dr. Pepper keeps promise - free soda for everyone in America now that Guns N Roses long delayed Chinese Democracy is being released.

The pop drink purveyor announced back in March that they would give a free soda if the album was released in 2008.

Axl, Slash and the lads' are releasing it this coming Sunday.

"We never thought this day would come," Dr Pepper's marketing VP Tony Jacobs said

"But now that it's here, all we can say is: The Dr Pepper's on us."

Beginning Sunday at 12 AM coupons will be available for 20 oz. Dr. Peppers on their website.  The coupons will be good until the end of February.

As to how good the eagerly anticipated G'N'R LP is, we'll find out.
