NICOLE RICHIE BUYS TOYS FOR TOT

NICOLE RICHIE dropped a fortune on toys at the West Hollywood Target on June 24 - and ended up leaving the store with FIVE overflowing bags of goodies.

Either baby Harlow is having an early Christmas, or Nicole is donating those toys to disadvantaged kids through her Ritchie-Madden Children's Foundation.
