MARIO LOPEZ, the new host of “Extra,” with a hot new girlfriend in tow, stopped by West Hollywood’s Foxtail lounge on Aug. 21.

When Mario’s date complained that the place was too crowded, the actor-turned-host did a U-turn and they hit the road.
