If you ever wanted to see Lindsay Lohan nude in Playboy, it ain't happening - yet.

Lilo turned down a $700,000 from the sexploitation pioneer glossy's 55th Anniversary issue in January.

"If there's nudity, then the answer's no," Lilo's rep told Playboy's creative consultant, Hal Lifson. "She's not going down the [New York] magazine road again."

The seemingly Sapphic starlet had recreated Marilyn Monroe's steamy pix for the mag last year.

Lifson told The New York Post he had hoped La Lohan do a tribute to 1960's Swedish bombshell Ann-Margret and her notorious film Kitten With a Whip.

Pity.
