LIL' KIM MUZZLED

Rapper Lil’ Kim got served - by lawsuit from record label.

The Hardcore diva has been silenced by a ruling of a New York judge.  She’d being sued for breach-of-contract by Brookland Media.

The record company paid off Kim’s prior deal with Atlantic Records for $200,000, dropped $240,000 to produce 8 songs.  The company also paid the rent on her Alpine, New Jersey pad for a cool $12,000 a month.

The suit filed in Manhattan Supreme Court alleges Kim also made “outlandish” demands including having hip-hop legends Wyclef Jean and Akon produce her new CD.

Kim’s lawyer Londell McMillan turned the tables, telling the New York Daily News that “they did not honor the terms of the agreement.”

A lawyer for Brookland declined  comment but MacMillan said some sort of peace offering will be brokered.

"We'll work it out around a conference table, in front of a judge or over some martinis," the rap barrister said.
