JEN & JOHN: LOVERS' QUARREL

Just before JENNIFER ANISTON and JOHN MAYER jetted to Europe for the kickoff of his concert tour, the bill-and-coo couple finally had their very first lovers’ quarrel!

The brouhaha blew up during a romantic getaway at Casa Aramara, the Mexico beach estate owned by “Girls Gone Wild” mogul JOE FRANCIS, because a big-mouth staffer mentioned Jen’s earlier visit with ex-boyfriend VINCE VAUGHN!

Sources say the revelation caught John by surprise and he exploded, turned his back on Jen – who was near tears – and stormed off down the beach!

When he slouched back hours later, Jen calmly explained that (1) she’d visited with Vince TWO years ago, and (2) she’s in love with him – ONLY!

After lotsa loveydovey stroking, Sulky Boy finally kissed her…and they strolled hand-in-hand into the sunset. Aaaawww!
