POLICE THEORY: MOM KILLED CAYLEE TO BE WITH LOVER
Just like notorious murder mom Susan Smith, Casey Anthony killed her daughter Caylee because the man she was in love with didn’t want children, police believe.
Investigators now believe they know the motive behind the murder of the Florida toddler, The ENQUIRER has learned.
“There are detectives investigating Casey Anthony who believe she killed Caylee so she could be with her boyfriend,” revealed former U.S. Secret Service agent Art Wood, who’s independently investigating the headline-making case.
“They are convinced they have another Susan Smith on their hands.”
In 1994, Smith rolled her car into a South Carolina lake, drowning her two sons who were strapped in their car seats.
Later it was revealed Susan disposed of her kids so she could have a relationship with a rich single guy who didn’t want a ready-made family.
As Orlando detectives investigated Caylee’s disappearance, they learned that Casey had fallen hard and fast for Anthony Lazzaro, 21, a former New Yorker who is going to college in Florida and worked part time as a nightclub promoter.
“They weren’t together for very long and Casey was already falling in love with him in her mind,” Jesse Grund, Casey’s friend and former fiancé told police.
