After three years of dating the “When Harry Met Sally” cutie and her “Jack & Diane” musician BF have reportedly called it a day.
Yet, The ENQUIRER FIRST reported Meg & John were “on the rocks” back in January 8, 2014.
“Meg left Hollywood years ago for Manhattan,” a source told The ENQUIRER. “She’s not about to leave the life she’s made there.

Meg lives in New York City while John still calls Indiana home.
Mellencamp is on the record, citing his disdain for the hustle and bustle of the Big Apple, saying he’s “too sensitive to live there” and that he’ll "die in Indiana" first.
Meg began dating John late 2010 after he busted up with his wife of 18 years. She had been previously married to “The Right Stuff’ star Dennis Quaid from 1991 -2001.
