ROBIN WILLIAMS WIFE & KIDS LEGAL WAR OVER ESTATE

Robin Williams Wife and Children Legal War

Lawyers for the late funnyman ROBIN WILLIAMS' third wife Susan Schneider Williams and his three children head to court today to battle over his estate.

Robin committed suicide August 11, 2014 at age 63 at his Tiburon, Ca. home.  The coroner ruled death by asphyxia caused by hanging. His wife claimed he struggled with depression, anxiety and was reeling from a recent diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease.

And as the National ENQUIRER reported previously – the feud between Robin’s wife and children over his fortune and effects “got ugly, real fast.”

The attorneys will appear before a San Francisco probate judge, as they battle over personal effects including clothes that the megastar star kept at his Northern California homes.

Robin left the majority of his estate  – said to be in the neighborhood of $50 million to his children in a trust including “clothing, jewelry, memorabilia, awards, personal photos…” The ENQUIRER reported in February.

Robin’s wife, Susan, 50, claimed personal items from the house were taken without her permission and that Robin would have wanted to let her remain at the Tibron home and all that went with it.

She claims that Robin wanted the children to have his personal effects at another home in Napa, Ca.

His children, Zachary, 31, Zelda, 25, and Cody, 23, claim Susan is trying to change Robin’s trust agreement.

They fired a legal salvo in court earlier this year accusing Susan of “greed”.

And now, lawyers for both sides square off today in a San Francisco courthouse for what promises to be a long, drawn out battle in an ugly post-mortem family feud.
