Angie first opened eyes in 1998 HBO film Gia, based on the true life story about a supermodel heroin addict who contracts AIDS from a needle, dying at the age of 26.

Not only does La Jolie get full frontal in the pic but tongue entwines gay lover Elizabeth in the new uncensored high definition Blu-Ray edition.
