Dysfunctional Hulk Hogan family served!

A Clearwater judge has set a court date on the negligence lawsuit against the first family of wrestling centering on the crash that severely injured passenger John Graziano in August 2007

Nick Bollea, whose father is Terry Bollea aka Hulk Hogan served time for the accident which left Graziano facing a lifetime of assisted living.

Nick Bollea lost control during a street race and smashed into a palm tree, injuring Graziano.

Circuit Judge W. Douglas Baird said he would preside over the civil trial in March 2010 if the Bollea and Graziano families  don't settle prior.
