WHEN BRITNEY MET SALLY!

Everyone’s a cheerleader since BRITNEY SPEARS started getting her act together – and Pop Tart was beyond thrilled when idol MEG RYAN suddenly phoned out of the blue!

Said a source: “Meg heard through a common friend that Britney was a huge fan who’d loved her work since ‘When Harry Met Sally’ and would just die to talk to her – so she called straight away.”

Telling Britney she totally understood the ups and downs she’d been experiencing, Meg advised her to keep on trucking!

“Britney was over the moon,” said the source. “That someone like Meg would take the time to call meant the world to her. She feels people are treating her seriously again.”
